It’s contagious
My friend Łukasz joined the group of people who support the Under Wings project – programmer, system architect, founder and organizer of the local TEDx conference, he created a mentoring program that was used in working with future speakers who stood on the TEDx stage, he ran a company teaching engineers to present their projects.
When I told him about the project, he thought it was a valuable and much-needed initiative, and soon after I found a field for his involvement. I decided that the knowledge and experience he has, which he is willing to share, can be helpful in preparing us for the role of mentors.
And just last Saturday we had the pleasure of taking part in a workshop on effective communication prepared by him.
